• Buying and selling businesses - both asset sales and stock (corporations) or membership interest (LLC’s) sales.

• Commercial real estate transactions, including commercial leasing.

• Individual residential real estate sales and purchases.

• Civil litigation and arbitrations - business and individual disputes and lawsuits.

• Contracts - drafting, negotiating, interpreting, amending.

• Uniform Commercial Code issues including security interests (UCC-1's).
